Due to the covid-19 outbreak, we just want to share with you the measures that Maid2Go has put in place to help keep our client and our cleaners safe and sound. Today, keeping your home clean and hygienic is crucial than ever.
What We Did
- We do not allow any sick cleaner with any flu-like symptoms or sick family members to operate under any circumstances.
- Before entering your house, we require our cleaners to sanitize their hands with soap and put on disposable gloves.
- Before entering your house, our cleaners will disinfect all the tools such as mop handles, vacuum handles, etc.
- Our cleaners will use disposable wipes to clean before leaving your house.

We will provide sanitation throughout your home.
Our cleaners will use antibacterial disinfectants to sanitize surfaces that are frequently reached in your homes, such as doorknobs, light switches, fridge handles, drawers and handles in the kitchen, etc.
What You Need To Do
- If you or your family member develops flu-like symptoms or has tested positive for covid-19, please cancel your cleaning appointment. All cancellation fees will be waived.
- Service pause if necessary. We will be happy to keep your place and freeze your price up to 60 days Stick to your spread.
- Please keep the social distance with our cleaner by trying to keep 1-2 meters away from each other.
- If you have just come back from overseas recently. According to the announcement made by the Australian Government, anyone returning from overseas must be self-quarantined for a period of 14 days following their arrival from Australia.
